The Family Planning Program helps fund clinic sites across the state to provide high-quality, comprehensive, low-cost, accessible family planning and reproductive healthcare services to women and men in Texas. These services help people determine the number and spacing of their children, reduce unintended pregnancies, improve future pregnancy- and birth-outcomes and improve general health.
Contractors participating in the Family Planning Program can access information regarding policies, billing forms and more online at:
- Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) – Family Planning Program
